Experience

I love working with people. I do alot of specialized training in one of the world's third largest aluminum extruding plants. I am a continuous improvement coordinator. I help to coordinate special classes for all the different departments in my plant at St. Augustine, called "Kaizen". It's a Japanese word for "good change". I help to continuously bring good change to my company, and to train other employees on how to learn how to take ownership in their areas of work.
